What is included in the photography packages?
Our photography packages come with coverage of your day and deliver 75 to 100 edited photographers per shooting hour. Within two weeks following your wedding, you will receive some of our favorite photographs from your day. All photographs will be delivered via an online gallery. You will have full rights to download, print and share your photographs.
What is included in the videography packages?
The videography packages come with coverage of your wedding to create about a five minute wedding film/highlight video and a full-length, multi-camera ceremony video. The ceremony video is only available for purchase with the videography package. It includes the entirety of the ceremony captured from three to four camera angles. Depending on the ceremony set up, we will have a microphone on the officiant or groom, or we will connect to the sound board. You will also receive a one minute teaser of the film within two weeks following the wedding day. Drone is included in this package if weather and location permits. The film, teaser and ceremony video will be delivered via Google Drive.
Can you add in audio to our film?
Yes! Several couples like to include the audio of them reading their wedding vows, or a nice note that they have written to each other.
What is the reservation process?
To reserve us for your date, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer fee which amounts to 50% of your package price and all travel fees. Your remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your wedding.
Will you travel to my wedding?
Yes! If the total drive from/to Greenville, SC and wedding/session(s) is greater than forty miles we will need to include a mileage fee. The Federal Mileage Rate is 63 cents per mile. In addition, depending on the time you request us to arrive/depart from your wedding we may request lodging accommodations and a meal stipend. Please contact us to receive an exact quote.
What is the delivery timeline?
Photography - Engagement/bridal session and wedding favorite photographs: 1-2 weeks. Complete engagement/bridal session gallery + complete wedding gallery: 2-6 weeks. Videography - Wedding film teaser: 1-2 weeks. Ceremony video and wedding film: 4-8 weeks. These timelines reflect the typical schedule of our busiest seasons. If you galleries and/or films are edited before the above dates, we will definitely deliver them to you sooner!
